AND... If you want a trouble free event, it's always best to go through a local tuxedo company. Here are the reasons why:
- Local companies will have everything in stock: Should anybody arrive late, forget to get measured, gain weight, get the wrong measurements, lose something, break something, or need alterations, anything you might need will be just minutes away, and they often deliver to the church.
- Local companies typically won't charge you for late measurements, Friday arrivals, or last minute changes to your wedding party!
- It's what we do: To bigger companies, tuxedos typically are a secondary business, and they'd rather sell you a suit than rent you a tuxedo. Believe it or not, you'll almost always pay less for the same tuxedos by going local.
- They support you: Your local businesses provide jobs and pay taxes to your town and state!

Pick-Ups and Returns
Many of our brides and grooms have questions about
when they should pick-up and return their tuxedos.
Hopefully all of your questions will be answered today!
Where do I pick up my tuxedo?
You can pick up your tuxedos from the location that you registered with, unless other arrangements have been made. For example, if you have a wedding member that lives in Appleton, but the wedding is taking place in Green Bay, the tuxedo may be picked up at either location. But... be sure to let the store know if you will be picking up your tuxedo at a location other than where you were measured!
When can I pick up my tuxedo?
In most cases (95% of the time) wedding tuxedos are ready for pick up and try on two days prior to the event. For example, if the wedding is on Saturday, your tuxedos will be available by Thursday afternoon. Feel free to call in advance to confirm your pick up time. If your tuxedo is ready to be picked up sooner, we will notify you.
What if I take my tuxedo home and it doesn't fit or there is a problem?
If you notice a problem with your tuxedo (ex: a button falls off), please contact our store as soon as possible. We will get a replacement for you or fix the problem.
When is the rental due back?
The next business day! If you are unable to return the tuxedo by its due date, please make arrangements with another member of the wedding party to return it for you, or inform us as soon as possible.
Yes, you can return your tuxedo to any DuBois location. Hours vary by location, so make sure to call or view our store hours by location online.
Is there a charge if the tux is returned after the due date?
Yes, there is a $10 per day (per tux) charge for late returns. If the complete tuxedo is not returned 6 days following the event, you may be billed replacements charges. However, if you let us know in advance that you will need the tuxedo for an additional week, you will only be charged an additional 1/2 rate of the first week's rental charge.

DuBois is always excited to help out our local community in anyway that we can. Last week, DuBois participated in an event for DeMolay, an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness, personal responsibility, and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay combines this serious mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide.
DuBois participated in DeMolay's Conclave event; this annual event is 4 days filled with sports, educational sessions, brotherhood, and FUN! The Conclave event focused on proper dress attire, and our DuBois associates were able to talk with young men about how suits and tuxedos should fit and what the proper attire for semi-formal and formal events is. The most exciting part of the event was when each young man was given a tie and pocket square, after which everyone was taught the correct way to tie a tie and fold a pocket square. Those who knew how to tie a pocket square were paired up with those who didn't, and by the end of the session, they were all pros! The young men were also given complimentary black socks to take home with them.
DuBois was honored to be included in such an event, and we look forward to participating in similar events in the future!
